Saturday saw the first in person event for Freedom in Christ in 17 months!!! Rob Davis travelled to Cambridge to join Chris Jarvis to lead a Transforming Discipleship, it was the first two modules of our new training material designed to share the core principles of the Freedom In Christ approach, and how to implement them. The event ran from 9.30 – 1.30 and had 20 attendees from 5 different churches.
Rob commented "It was great to be at City Church Cambridge for our first live, in-person training event in I don't know how many months on Zoom! It was the first outing of our new, updated modular training, and Chris and I enjoyed ourselves immensely teaching, sharing from our own experience, and facilitating the discussions and learning from others about how the Freedom In Christ approach has made such a difference in their discipleship. With a nod to Zoom, we still had "breakout rooms" for the discussion times though!"
